Know what others do on the computer!

I am not sure how this works but, i have seen some nice software which tracks and keeps records of what people do in the computer and on the internet. This computer monitoring software is usually helpful for mainly company managers and supervisors to check what the employees are doing.

It would actually work by providing screen shots and charts showing what all was done on the computer. Not only the normal work, but also the copies of Emails sent and received are also monitored and tracked. One more nice advantage of the software i saw was that it can be used with any operating systems such as Windows, MAC, windows networks.
